We hired Claudine as a Day-of-Event Wedding Coordinator, but she did much more then that. She answered every single question I asked leading up to the wedding. I always felt she was right there with me!
She also had great decorating ideas that I would never have thought of on my own. The ceremony/reception would not have been as pretty without them. In addition, she bought and put together all the favors, as I did not have time to do them due to work. A lifesaver! A stand out moment for me was when my bouquet arrived and it was much smaller then I expected (my only Bridezilla moment!). Claudine whisked it away, added extra flowers and brought it back looking exactly as I had imagined it would be!

Claudine was the absolutely best wedding coordinator ever! She is very detail and caring. I booked her for my June wedding as a "day of" coordinator and I feel she provided me with more than just one day of work. She help with my issues on the caterer, venue, and rentals. She really stepped up and took charge of things, especially when I had a lot of problems with my caterer. On the day of the wedding, she took care of a makeup crisis and ensure the day went smoothly and exactly as planned. If you are looking for a wedding coordinator who is not only organized but creative as well as a delight to work with Claudine Ursino of La Belle Soiree is the person for you. We began work with Claudine in January to prepare for a 9/3 wedding and as I am out of the area in the winter, it put a premium on her keeping us on track to meet important deadlines which she helped us identify. She is very knowlegeable about local vendors and helped us select those where we asked for help. She as also willing to work with vendors that we had selected on our own. She will do as much or as little as you want and her pricing reflects this flexibility. She did a fabulous job of walking the wedding party through the rehearsal and the day of the wedding she made sure all went smoothly. I think she stayed until 1 PM, long after the rest of us had left. Claudine made is possible for me and the bride to fully enjoy her wedding day.
