If you just need some guidance along the way we can provide a variety of services to help you! Some examples might include securing a venue, providing vendor referrals, managing a specific category—such as helping with only the flowers, invitations, or favors. We can also develop a detailed schedule for you, manage wedding day setup and be on site to coordinate the day of the wedding or any combination of these. What this package looks like is entirely up to you. Quotes are based on specifically outlined needs and parameters to work within your budget and target the areas where you need the most help. Silver—Day of Planning & Coordination,
Plus a Little More…
Because so much more goes into "day-of planning" than just being there on your wedding day, this package gives you just that little extra… This is a great option for the bride and groom who want to plan and manage their wedding but truly want to relax and enjoy the day without having to worry about all those details! La Belle Soirée can assist with all ceremony and reception details so you can just show up and know that all will be taken care of. We can be brought in at any time for the initial planning session, but we will be right there with you for the last 4-6 weeks before the wedding day, ensuring all the boxes are checked, the schedule is created and communicated, wrapping up any loose ends, ensuring all vendors are on-track and, of course, be on site for your entire wedding day—start to finish!
Gold—Mid-level Planning & Coordination
The gold package is intended for the bride and groom who have a good idea of the type of wedding they want and possibly some key vendors they would like to use. You want to be actively involved in the planning of the ceremony and wedding but would like advice on how to pull it all together and to have someone keep track of all the details. Services in this package include monthly planning/update meetings, theme, color and design assistance, vendor negotiation, scheduling and attending meetings as needed, budget management, assistance with invitations, cake, favors, rentals and lighting. All services listed in the silver package would be included as well.
Platinum—Full Service Planning

For the couple who doesn't have the time to do all the research but wants their wedding day to be perfect and unique! La Belle Soirée will manage all the details from beginning to end from choosing the ceremony and reception sites—to assisting with the thank you cards and gifts for your bridal party and family. Let us bring all the options to you… All services in the silver and gold packages are included plus assistance with wedding gown and bridesmaids dresses, grooms tuxes, transportation, out of town guest lodging, placing orders for all rental needs (chairs, linens, draping, china, glassware, flatware, trees, props etc.), welcome baskets, music selection for ceremony and reception, plus all the other details needed to make your wedding day memorable for everyone!
