Your wedding will be the most important and memorable day of your life. La Belle Soirée will work with you to ensure that it is also everything you've ever dreamed of. Our services include everything from day-of execution to full service planning from beginning to end. See below for sample packages. They can also be customized to fit your needs and budget.
Silver Package:
This is a great option for the bride and groom who want to plan and manage their wedding but truly want to relax and enjoy the day without having to worry about all those details! La Belle Soirée can assist with all ceremony and reception details so you can just show up and know that all will be taken care of. This package would include, but is not restricted to, 1-2 initial planning meetings in the two months prior to the wedding date, contacting all vendors the week prior to the wedding to confirm plans and delivery schedules, creating a wedding day schedule, and managing all details of ceremony and reception from beginning to end.
Gold Package:
The gold package is intended for the bride and groom who have a good idea of the type of wedding they want and possibly some key vendors they would like to use. You want to be actively involved in the planning of the ceremony and wedding but would like advice on how to pull it all together and to have someone keep track of all the details. Services in this package would include monthly planning/update meetings, theme, color and design assistance, vendor negotiation, scheduling and attending meetings as needed, budget management, assistance with invitations, cake, favors, rentals and lighting. All services listed in the silver package would also be included.
Platinum Package:

For the couple who doesn’t have the time to do all the research but wants their wedding day to be perfect and unique! La Belle Soirée will manage all the details from beginning to end from choosing the ceremony and reception sites to assisting with the thank you cards and gifts for your bridal party and family. Let us bring all the options to you… All services in the silver and gold packages are included plus assistance with wedding gown and bridesmaids dresses, grooms tuxes, transportation, out of town guest lodging, placing orders for all rental needs (chairs, linens, draping, china, glassware, flatware, trees, props etc…), welcome baskets, music selection for ceremony & reception, plus any other details needed to make your wedding day memorable for everyone!
